Leading law firm in Orange County is seeking to hire an Office Services Clerk. This is an excellent direct hire opportunity for a motivated Office Services Clerk with superior customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and solid work ethic.
Responsibilities will relate to copying, printing, scanning, Bates stamping, blowbacks, eCopy, CD and DVD duplication, and mail related functions. Additional duties will include backup support to records and reception. Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office, batch printing software, document capture software, OCR and PDFs required.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a law firm. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring excellent quality control of work product and maintaining efficient work flow processes.
